About Me

We audit mortgages for violations of state and federal underwriting statutes. BCA aggregates class members for Class Action firms suing predatory lenders and those who have abused their power in the administration of federal subsidies meant to inure to the benefit of homeowners. The BankClassAction.com site is a data platform where homeowners can match themselves with Class Action Lawsuits by answering specific questions about their interaction with their lender while the Class Action firms post specific relevant information about their case and/or investigations. The homeowner can either "FLAG" themselves as a potential member of a particular (or multiple) cases -OR- request that the platform auto profile relevant cases. In either event the homeowner data is securely passed to the relevant law firms and this costs neither the homeowner nor the law firm a dime.

Class Action Law Suits Against Predatory Lenders and how BCA Works

This site is really not set up to be a news site, but by virtue of what we do it should contain newsworthy information.     This Article is meant to give an introduction to BCA for Attorneys and abused homeowners alike.   We have created a platform that allows homeowners to review class action cases against predatory lenders which are in both active investigation phases as well as already filed.    Each case has a brief description as well as a more lengthy description of what specifically is necessary to qualify as a member of that class.    This information is offered in such a manner to allow homeowners to flag themselves as a potential member of a case or an investigation to help firms quickly aggregate class members as well as do detailed class action theory research to laser focus amendments to their pleadings.

This is really quite simple.    There are massive numbers (millions and millions) of homeowners who were ripped off on they day they signed their mortgage documents.    How do we know this?   We are certified forensic mortgage auditors and foreclosure defense attorneys.

These homeowners are registering at BCA and filling out an extensive questionaire about their mortgage.    This questionaire is dynamic.    It changes depending on certain key answers to questions as the answers are given.    For example, if the homeowner answers yes to foreclosure a new set of questions are displayed taking in information about the assignment and substitution of trustee and the homeowner uploads pdf files of these documents.      Once a homeowner has registered,  there is technology that looks for missing but necessary documents which dynamically send reminders to the homeowner to remember to find certain documetnts they failed to upload but which are relevant to their profile.       After the initial basic information is gathered, the homeowner can look at the more details of cases we are profiling for Class Action firms including the current pleading (when available).    The homeowner can flag themselves as a potential member of a case and upon doing so the homeowners information is emailed in a uniform easy to review format to the Firm.   Permissions are given in the TOU for BCA to make these disclosures to its member Law Firms.   Therein we aggregate class members for Class Action Law firms and allow homeowners to find the suits that match their particular circumstances.
